VIRTUAL COINS POLICY

1. NATURE OF VIRTUAL COINS

Virtual coins are digital entertainment credits for use exclusively within the KILKO platform. They:

Have NO cash value, monetary value, or real-world value outside the platform

Are NOT currency, stored value, e-money, or financial instruments of any kind

Are NOT transferable between users except through designated gifting features

Are NOT redeemable for cash, cryptocurrency, or any form of monetary compensation under any circumstances

Do NOT constitute peer-to-peer money transfer, remittance, or financial transaction

Are NOT securities, commodities, investment products, or digital assets

Represent a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use digital entertainment credits within the platform

IMPORTANT: KILKO is NOT a money transmitter, money services business, financial institution, bank, or payment processor. Horane Technologies LLC does not hold, transfer, or transmit money on behalf of users. The purchase of virtual coins is a purchase of a limited license to use digital entertainment credits — not a deposit of funds, purchase of stored value, or financial transaction.

2. PURCHASE

Coins are purchased via Stripe payment processing. ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

You are purchasing a non-refundable digital entertainment credit

You waive any right to a refund, chargeback, or reversal

The purchase does not create any financial obligation on our part beyond providing the virtual coins

You have read and agree to all applicable platform policies

3. PRICING

Base rate: 1 coin = $0.01 USD. Bonus coins may be awarded based on gifter level and promotional offers. Pricing, bonus structures, and promotional offers are subject to change at the platform's sole discretion with or without notice.

4. USAGE

Coins may only be used to send gifts to creators through designated platform features including posts, profiles, chat, events, live rooms, and other gift-enabled features. Coins have no other use, function, or value. Any attempt to use coins for purposes other than their intended use is a violation of these Terms.

5. EXPIRATION AND FORFEITURE

Coins do not expire while your account is active and in good standing. Upon account termination, suspension, or ban for any reason, all unused coins are immediately and permanently forfeited without refund, compensation, or recourse of any kind.

6. RESTRICTIONS

The platform reserves the right to, at any time and without prior notice:

Lock, freeze, or restrict wallets suspected of fraud, abuse, or policy violation

Impose daily, weekly, monthly, or per-transaction spend limits

Restrict coin usage for policy violations or pending investigations

Modify coin pricing, bonus structures, and gifter level thresholds

Void, confiscate, or reverse coins obtained through fraud, abuse, error, or exploitation

Modify or discontinue any feature related to virtual coins

Require additional verification before processing purchases

7. ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING COMPLIANCE

The virtual coin system is continuously monitored for suspicious activity using automated detection systems and manual review. Unusual patterns including but not limited to rapid successive purchases, high-value transactions, coordinated purchasing patterns, or transactions from flagged jurisdictions may trigger: account review, temporary holds, enhanced verification requirements, transaction reversal, and potential account termination. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and financial regulatory authorities.

8. NO MONETARY VALUE DECLARATION

Virtual coins have absolutely no real-world monetary value. They cannot be sold, traded, bartered, exchanged, converted, or redeemed for real currency, cryptocurrency, goods, or services outside the platform. Any attempt to do so violates these Terms and will result in immediate account termination, complete coin forfeiture, and potential legal action.
