COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

KILKO is built on respect, creativity, and authentic engagement. These Community Guidelines establish the standards of behavior expected of all users to ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment. Violations may result in content removal, warnings, suspension, permanent ban, earnings forfeiture, or legal action at the platform's sole discretion.
1. RESPECT AND DIGNITY
Treat every user with respect and dignity regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, socioeconomic status, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic. We are committed to fostering an inclusive community where everyone feels welcome.
2. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR HARASSMENT AND BULLYING
The following are strictly prohibited:
Targeted harassment, cyberbullying, or repeated unwanted contact directed at any userIntimidation, threats of violence, or threatening behavior of any kindName-calling, insults, or derogatory language intended to degrade or humiliateCoordinated harassment campaigns against any individual or groupEncouraging or inciting others to harass, bully, or target another userBrigading, pile-ons, or mob behavior directed at individualsCreating content designed to mock, ridicule, or shame specific individualsPersistent unwanted romantic or sexual advancesStalking or obsessive monitoring of another user's activityUsing multiple accounts to evade blocks or continue harassmentManipulating or gaslighting other usersSending threatening, abusive, or sexually explicit messages without consent3. PROHIBITION OF DOXXING AND PRIVACY VIOLATIONS
Doxxing is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent ban. This includes:
Publishing or threatening to publish any person's private or identifying information without their explicit consent, including but not limited to: real name (when not publicly shared), home address, workplace address, school/university, phone number, email address, IP address, social security number, financial information, medical information, or government identificationSharing screenshots of private conversations without the consent of all partiesRevealing someone's real identity when they use a pseudonym or stage nameEncouraging others to find, reveal, or share someone's personal informationUsing information obtained on the platform to contact someone outside the platform without their consentPosting images or videos of someone in private settings without consentSharing location data that could be used to identify where someone lives, works, or frequentsAny attempt to "expose" or "out" a user's real-world identity4. PROHIBITION OF HATE SPEECH AND DISCRIMINATION
The following are strictly prohibited:
Content that promotes, incites, or glorifies hatred, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on protected characteristicsUse of slurs, derogatory terms, or coded language targeting any groupSymbols, imagery, or rhetoric associated with hate groups or extremist organizationsConspiracy theories targeting ethnic, religious, or marginalized communitiesDenying or trivializing documented atrocities, genocides, or hate crimesContent that dehumanizes any person or groupAdvocating for the exclusion, segregation, or supremacy of any group5. PROTECTION AGAINST EXPLOITATION AND TRAFFICKING
KILKO has zero tolerance for any form of human exploitation. The following are strictly prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement:
Human trafficking: any content that facilitates, promotes, or glorifies the trafficking of persons for labor, sexual exploitation, or any other purposeSexual exploitation: any content that involves, promotes, depicts, or facilitates the sexual exploitation of any person, including but not limited to non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn"), sextortion, coercion, or groomingChild safety: any content involving minors in sexual, exploitative, or endangering contexts is strictly prohibited and will be immediately reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agenciesForced labor: content promoting, facilitating, or glorifying forced labor, debt bondage, domestic servitude, or involuntary servitudeOrgan trafficking: content promoting or facilitating illegal organ harvesting or traffickingRecruitment for exploitation: using the platform to recruit, lure, or groom individuals for any form of exploitationSex work solicitation: using the platform to solicit or advertise sexual services6. PROHIBITION OF VIOLENCE AND THREATS
The following are strictly prohibited:
Direct or indirect threats of physical violence against any person, group, or entityContent that incites, promotes, glorifies, or celebrates violence or physical harmInstructions or guidance on how to carry out violent acts or create weaponsContent depicting gratuitous or excessive real-world violenceCelebration or glorification of mass violence, terrorism, or violent extremismThreats of self-harm or suicide used to manipulate or coerce othersContent promoting or facilitating dangerous challenges that risk physical harmSwatting or making false reports to emergency services about another user7. SELF-HARM AND MENTAL HEALTH
Content that promotes, encourages, or provides instructions for self-harm or suicide is prohibitedIf you or someone you know is in crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) or your local emergency servicesContent discussing mental health recovery, awareness, or support in an educational or supportive context is permittedThe platform may provide crisis resources and hotline information when content triggers suggest risk8. CONTENT STANDARDS AND PROHIBITED CONTENT
The following content is prohibited:
Illegal content of any kind, including content that violates local, state, federal, or international lawsSexually explicit or pornographic contentContent depicting or promoting illegal drug use, manufacturing, or distributionContent promoting or facilitating illegal gamblingSpam, scams, phishing attempts, or deceptive schemesMalware, viruses, or malicious linksContent that infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rightsMisinformation or disinformation that could cause real-world harm, including false medical information, election misinformation, or deliberately misleading content about emergencies or public safetyImpersonation of real individuals, organizations, brands, or government entitiesDeepfakes or AI-generated content designed to deceive or defameContent that promotes or facilitates illegal firearms sales, drug trafficking, or any form of contrabandAnimal cruelty or content depicting the abuse, torture, or killing of animals9. AUTHENTIC ENGAGEMENT
Do not use fake accounts, bots, or automated tools to interact with the platform. The following are prohibited:
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, blocks, or platform restrictionsUsing bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate engagement, followers, views, or interactionsBuying, selling, or trading accounts, followers, likes, or engagementCoordinated inauthentic behavior designed to artificially amplify contentAstroturfing or creating the false appearance of grassroots supportEngagement manipulation through click farms, follow-for-follow schemes, or engagement pods10. GIFTING INTEGRITY
Gifts must be genuine expressions of support and appreciation. The following are prohibited and will result in account suspension and complete earnings forfeiture:
Reciprocal gifting schemes or coordinated gift exchanges to inflate earningsGift farming using multiple accounts to self-gift or artificially inflate gift metricsPressuring, coercing, or manipulating users into sending giftsCreating false urgency or misleading circumstances to solicit giftsAny coordinated manipulation of the gifting system11. AGE REQUIREMENT
KILKO is an 18+ platform. Users must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). Any user found to be under 18 will be immediately and permanently removed. Users must not claim to be a different age than they are.
12. CREATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Creators have additional responsibilities:
Comply with all applicable laws regarding content creation and distributionAccurately represent themselves and their contentDisclose sponsored content or paid partnerships as required by law (FTC guidelines)Not use deceptive tactics to drive engagement or solicit giftsRespect the intellectual property rights of othersModerate their live rooms and community spaces in accordance with these guidelinesReport illegal or harmful content or behavior they encounter13. PROTECTING BRANDS, AGENCIES, AND BUSINESS ENTITIES
Do not impersonate, defame, or make false claims about any brand, agency, or business entityTrademark infringement, counterfeiting, or unauthorized use of business intellectual property is prohibitedFalse reviews, fake endorsements, or manufactured business controversies are prohibitedCoordinated campaigns to damage the reputation of any business through false or misleading information are prohibited14. REPORTING VIOLATIONS
All users are encouraged to report violations through the in-app reporting system. When reporting:
Provide as much context and evidence as possibleReports are reviewed by our trust and safety teamThe identity of reporters is kept confidentialFalse or malicious reports filed with the intent to harass or silence another user may result in action against the reporterRetaliating against someone for making a report is strictly prohibited15. ENFORCEMENT AND CONSEQUENCES
Violations may result in one or more of the following at the platform's sole discretion:
Content removalFormal warningTemporary account suspension (ranging from 24 hours to 90 days)Permanent account banFeature restrictions (live streaming, messaging, gifting)Complete earnings reversal and forfeitureWallet freeze and coin forfeiture without refundReporting to law enforcement agenciesCivil legal action, including pursuit of damagesNotification to relevant authorities (e.g., NCMEC for child safety violations)Severity of enforcement depends on: the nature and severity of the violation, whether it is a first or repeat offense, the potential for real-world harm, and the user's overall conduct history.
16. APPEALS
Users may appeal enforcement actions by submitting a support ticket within 30 days of the action. Appeals are reviewed by a different team member than the original reviewer. The platform's final determination on appeals is binding.
17. COOPERATION WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT
Horane Technologies LLC cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies investigating violations of law including but not limited to human trafficking, child exploitation, terrorist activity, fraud, and threats of violence. We may proactively report illegal activity to appropriate authorities and preserve relevant account data as required by law.
18. UPDATES TO GUIDELINES
These Community Guidelines may be updated periodically to address new forms of harmful behavior, emerging threats, or platform changes. Users will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.
