    Anti-Abuse & Fraud Policy

    ANTI-ABUSE & FRAUD POLICY

    Effective Date: March 2026

    Horane Technologies LLC is committed to maintaining the integrity of the KILKO platform and protecting all users from fraud, abuse, and exploitation. This policy outlines prohibited activities, detection methods, and consequences.

    1. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

    The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in enforcement action:

  1. Reciprocal gifting schemes: coordinated gift exchanges between accounts to artificially inflate earnings
  2. Gift farming: using multiple accounts, bots, or automated tools to self-gift or generate artificial gift volume
  3. Bot or automated gifting: any non-human interaction with the gifting system
  4. Money laundering: any attempt to use the platform, its virtual coins, or its payout system to launder money or proceeds of illegal activity
  5. Account farming: creating multiple accounts to exploit registration bonuses, gifter level benefits, referral programs, or promotional offers
  6. Exploitation of platform systems: manipulating algorithms, exploiting bugs or glitches, reverse-engineering platform code, or circumventing rate limits or security measures
  7. Impersonation and identity fraud: creating accounts using false identities, stolen identities, or impersonating other individuals or entities
  8. Coordinated inauthentic behavior: organizing groups of accounts to artificially manipulate engagement metrics, gift volumes, rankings, or platform features
  9. Phishing and social engineering: attempting to obtain other users' credentials, personal information, or financial information through deception
  10. Collusion: coordinating with other users to manipulate battle outcomes, leaderboard rankings, or any competitive platform feature
  11. Referral abuse: creating fake accounts to generate referral bonuses, or incentivizing referrals through off-platform payments
  12. Any scheme designed to circumvent platform fees, policies, or terms of service
  13. Using the platform to facilitate, promote, or engage in any illegal activity
  14. 2. DETECTION METHODS

    We employ sophisticated automated systems and dedicated human review teams to detect:

  15. Unusual gifting patterns: velocity anomalies, irregular timing, circular gifting, and statistical outliers
  16. Account clustering: identifying related accounts through shared IP addresses, device fingerprints, payment methods, behavioral patterns, and network analysis
  17. Multi-account abuse: detecting accounts controlled by the same individual or coordinated group
  18. Transaction analysis: monitoring for patterns consistent with money laundering, structuring, or fraud
  19. Behavioral analysis: identifying bot-like behavior, scripted interactions, and automated activity
  20. Network analysis: mapping relationships between accounts to identify coordinated schemes
  21. Machine learning models: continuously trained on known fraud patterns to detect emerging threats
  22. 3. CONSEQUENCES

    Violations may result in one or more of the following, at the platform's sole discretion and without prior notice:

  23. Formal warning and mandatory policy acknowledgment
  24. Temporary account suspension (24 hours to 90 days)
  25. Permanent and irreversible account ban
  26. Complete and immediate earnings reversal and forfeiture
  27. Wallet freeze and total coin forfeiture with no refund or compensation
  28. Disqualification from monetization program and future payouts
  29. IP address and device bans preventing future account creation
  30. Reporting to law enforcement agencies, financial regulators, and relevant authorities
  31. Civil legal action including pursuit of actual damages, consequential damages, and attorney's fees
  32. Criminal referral where applicable
  33. 4. REPORTING SUSPECTED ABUSE

    Report suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations through:

  34. The in-app reporting system (preferred method)
  35. Email: abuse@kilko.app
  36. Support ticket under the "Trust & Safety" category
  37. All reports are investigated by our trust and safety team. Reporter identities are kept strictly confidential. False or malicious reports filed with the intent to harass another user may result in action against the reporter.

    5. APPEALS PROCESS

    Users may appeal enforcement actions by submitting a detailed support ticket within 30 days of the action. The appeal must include:

  38. A clear explanation of why you believe the enforcement action was incorrect
  39. Any relevant evidence supporting your position
  40. Your commitment to comply with all platform policies going forward
  41. Appeals are reviewed by a senior member of the trust and safety team who was not involved in the original enforcement decision. The platform's final determination on appeals is binding and non-appealable.

    6. COOPERATION WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT

    Horane Technologies LLC cooperates fully and proactively with law enforcement agencies, financial regulatory authorities, and government agencies investigating:

  42. Financial fraud, wire fraud, and money laundering
  43. Identity theft and identity fraud
  44. Human trafficking and exploitation
  45. Terrorist financing
  46. Any criminal activity conducted on or through the platform
  47. We may share relevant account data, transaction records, communication logs, and other information with authorities as required by law, court order, or as we deem appropriate to protect platform integrity and user safety. We may also proactively report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.

    7. PLATFORM INTEGRITY COMMITMENT
