CREATOR MONETIZATION POLICY

Effective Date: March 2026

1. NATURE OF CREATOR EARNINGS

Creator earnings represent discretionary platform rewards — they are NOT wages, salary, employment income, contractor payments, freelance income, or financial transfers of any kind. Horane Technologies LLC is NOT an employer, client, contractor, or financial institution. The relationship between creators and the platform is that of a licensee using platform services. Payouts to creators are discretionary benefits granted by the platform, subject to these Terms, all applicable policies, and the platform's sole discretion.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To participate in the monetization program, creators must:

Maintain an account in good standing with no active violations

Complete identity verification via Stripe Connect

Comply with all platform policies, Terms of Service, and Community Guidelines

Meet any minimum activity or engagement thresholds set by the platform

Provide accurate tax information as required by law

Be at least 18 years of age

3. REVENUE SPLIT

Creators receive a share of the USD value of gifts received, as configured by the platform. The platform retains a service fee to cover operations, development, payment processing, fraud prevention, and platform improvements. Current fee rates are disclosed in the Platform Fee Disclosure and may vary by gifter level. Boost bonuses may increase creator share based on gifter level. The platform reserves the right to modify the revenue split, fee structure, bonus rates, and all monetization parameters at any time with reasonable notice.

4. EARNINGS LIFECYCLE

a) PENDING: Subject to hold period from gift receipt (as configured by platform, typically 7 days)

b) AVAILABLE: Ready for payout request after hold period has elapsed

c) REQUESTED: Payout has been requested and is being processed

d) PAID: Successfully transferred to creator's bank account via Stripe Connect

e) DEBITED: Reversed due to chargeback, fraud detection, policy violation, or platform adjustment

5. PAYOUT REQUIREMENTS

Minimum payout threshold as configured by the platform must be met

Identity verification (KYC) must be complete and current

Account must not be frozen, suspended, or under investigation

Stripe Connect account must be active, verified, and in good standing

Creator must have no outstanding policy violations or unresolved disputes

All required tax forms and information must be on file

6. EARNINGS CONVERSION

Creators may convert pending earnings to virtual coins at the platform's configured rate. This conversion is FINAL, IRREVERSIBLE, AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Once earnings are converted to coins, they cannot under any circumstances be converted back to USD, paid out as currency, refunded, or reversed.

7. CHARGEBACKS AND REVERSALS

If a coin purchase used to gift a creator is charged back by the purchaser's bank:

ALL associated creator earnings will be immediately and automatically reversed

The platform may recover reversed amounts from future payouts, existing available balance, or pending earnings

Repeated chargebacks affecting a creator's earnings may trigger a review of the creator's account

Creators have no right to earnings derived from reversed, refunded, or charged-back gifts

8. TAX RESPONSIBILITY

Creators are solely and exclusively responsible for reporting and paying all applicable federal, state, local, and international taxes on their earnings. The platform may issue tax documents (1099-MISC, 1099-K, 1099-NEC, or other applicable forms) as required by United States tax law. Horane Technologies LLC does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. Creators are encouraged to consult with qualified tax professionals.

9. DISCRETIONARY RIGHTS

Horane Technologies LLC reserves the right to, at any time and at its sole discretion:

Freeze, hold, or withhold earnings pending investigation

Reverse earnings associated with fraudulent, abusive, or policy-violating activity

Modify revenue split, hold periods, payout thresholds, and all monetization terms

Suspend or permanently terminate monetization privileges

Withhold payouts pending resolution of disputes, investigations, chargebacks, or legal proceedings

Offset debts or negative balances against future earnings

Require additional verification before processing payouts

10. NO GUARANTEE OF EARNINGS

The platform does not guarantee any minimum earnings, any specific level of engagement, or any particular income. Creator rewards depend entirely on user engagement and voluntary gifting activity, which can fluctuate, decrease, or cease entirely at any time for any reason. Past earnings are not indicative of future earnings.
