Significant decisions affecting your account (such as suspensions or bans) involve human review.
9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
KILKO is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If we discover that we have collected information from a minor, the account will be immediately terminated and all associated data will be deleted. If you believe a minor is using our platform, please contact safety@kilko.app immediately.
10. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
If you access KILKO from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer, processing, and storage of your data in the United States. We take appropriate measures to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy regardless of where it is processed.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
