Horane Technologies LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates KILKO. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you use our platform.

a) Information You Provide:

Account information: name, email address, date of birth, password, profile data (display name, bio, avatar)

Identity verification data: government-issued identification documents, selfies for age verification

Financial information: payment details processed through Stripe (we do not store full credit card numbers)

User content: posts, comments, messages, live streams, images, videos, and audio recordings

Communications: support tickets, feedback, and correspondence with us

Social connections: follower/fan relationships, friend lists, team memberships

b) Information Collected Automatically:

Device information: device type, operating system, browser type, unique device identifiers

Usage data: pages visited, features used, interactions, content viewed, time spent, click patterns

Log data: IP addresses, access times, referring URLs, error logs

Location data: approximate location derived from IP address (we do not collect precise GPS location)

Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies, analytics cookies, preference cookies

c) Information from Third Parties:

Authentication providers: Google OAuth profile data (name, email, profile picture)

Payment processor: Stripe transaction status and metadata (not full payment details)

Analytics providers: aggregated usage patterns and platform performance data

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

Provide, maintain, and improve platform services and features

Process transactions, gifts, creator payouts, and wallet operations

Verify user age and identity to maintain platform safety

Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, policy violations, and illegal activity

Enforce our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and all platform policies

Communicate about your account, transactions, and platform updates

Personalize your experience, including content recommendations and feed curation

Conduct analytics and research to improve the platform

Comply with legal obligations, respond to legal process, and protect our rights

AI-powered features: content moderation, recommendations, and platform safety tools (see Section 8)

3. INFORMATION SHARING

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share data with:

Payment processors (Stripe) — for transaction processing and creator payouts

Cloud infrastructure providers — for hosting, storage, and platform operations

Analytics providers — for aggregated platform usage analysis

Law enforcement — when required by law, court order, or to protect platform integrity and user safety

Service providers — operating on our behalf under strict data protection agreements

Legal proceedings — as necessary to comply with legal process or protect our rights

Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (users will be notified)

4. DATA SECURITY

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

Active account data: retained while your account is active

Transaction and financial records: retained for 7 years for legal, tax, and compliance purposes

Audit logs and fraud detection data: retained for 5 years

Deleted content: removed from public view immediately; purged from backup systems within 90 days

Account deletion: personal data is anonymized or deleted within 30 days of account deletion request, except data required for legal compliance

6. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you

Correction: request correction of inaccurate personal data

Deletion: request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)

Content recommendations and feed personalization

Platform safety and trust scoring

These systems may process your content and activity data. Significant decisions affecting your account (such as suspensions or bans) involve human review.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

KILKO is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If we discover that we have collected information from a minor, the account will be immediately terminated and all associated data will be deleted. If you believe a minor is using our platform, please contact safety@kilko.app immediately.

10. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

If you access KILKO from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer, processing, and storage of your data in the United States. We take appropriate measures to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy regardless of where it is processed.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
