We receive only a tokenized reference and the last four digits of your card. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or expiration date.
• Content: Posts, messages, live stream data, comments, and other content you create on the Platform.
• Communications: Messages sent through the Platform, support requests, and feedback.
• Verification Data: Identity verification information submitted for age verification or creator payout eligibility.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device & Browser Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and screen resolution.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, click patterns, and interaction data.
• Transaction Data: Coin purchases, gift transactions, earnings, payouts, and wallet activity.
• Location Data: Approximate location derived from IP address (we do not collect precise GPS data).

Kilko Studios uses Stripe as our payment processor for all financial transactions. When you purchase Coins or receive payouts:

• Your payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe under their PCI DSS-compliant infrastructure. We never have access to your full card number.
• We store transaction records (amounts, dates, status) for accounting, dispute resolution, and tax compliance purposes.
• Creator earnings and payout history are retained for tax reporting obligations (e.g., IRS Form 1099 requirements).
• We may share transaction data with law enforcement if required by law or in response to a valid legal process.
