    Refund & Dispute Policy

    REFUND & DISPUTE POLICY

    Effective Date: March 2026

    1. COIN PURCHASES — STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY

    ALL VIRTUAL COIN PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. By completing any purchase on the KILKO platform, you expressly acknowledge, agree, and understand that:

  1. You are purchasing a non-refundable digital entertainment credit
  2. You irrevocably waive any right to a refund for any reason whatsoever
  3. Virtual coins have no cash value and cannot be converted back to currency
  4. You have read, understood, and agree to the Virtual Coins Policy in its entirety
  5. This no-refund policy applies regardless of how many coins remain unused
  6. 2. LIMITED EXCEPTIONS

    Refunds may only be considered in the following extremely narrow circumstances, at the platform's sole discretion:

  7. Unauthorized transactions: supported by a police report filed with law enforcement AND evidence that the transaction was made without the account holder's knowledge or consent
  8. Verified technical errors: duplicate charges caused by a confirmed system malfunction, supported by transaction evidence from both the platform and payment processor
  9. Legal requirements: charges in jurisdictions where consumer protection law explicitly and mandatorily requires refunds for digital goods (documentation of applicable law required)
  10. In all exception cases, the platform's determination is final, binding, and non-appealable.

    3. CHARGEBACK POLICY

    Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card company, or payment provider is a serious matter with significant consequences. When a chargeback is initiated:

  11. ALL coins associated with the charged-back transaction will be immediately deducted from your wallet
  12. ALL creator earnings derived from those coins will be immediately and automatically reversed
  13. Your account will be immediately suspended pending full investigation
  14. A chargeback processing fee may be assessed to your account
  15. Repeated chargebacks (two or more) will result in permanent account ban
  16. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action, including pursuit of damages, attorney's fees, and collection costs
  17. We reserve the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to relevant authorities and credit agencies
  18. We strongly encourage users to contact our support team at support@kilko.app before initiating any chargeback with their financial institution. Most issues can be resolved more quickly and favorably through direct communication.

    4. CREATOR EARNINGS DISPUTES

    If you believe your earnings calculation is incorrect:

  19. Submit a support ticket under the "Billing" category with specific transaction details
  20. We will audit the relevant transactions within 5 business days
  21. The platform's calculation methodology is considered correct unless a verifiable system error is demonstrated with clear evidence
  22. Subjective disagreements about earnings amounts, fee percentages, or boost multipliers are not grounds for a dispute
  23. 5. GIFT REVERSALS

    Gifts may be reversed by platform administrators in the following circumstances:

  24. The originating coin purchase is charged back
  25. Fraud or abuse is detected in the gifting transaction
  26. The gift was sent in violation of Terms of Service or platform policies
  27. Automated fraud detection systems flag the transaction as suspicious
  28. A court order or legal process requires the reversal
  29. Creators have no right, claim, or entitlement to earnings from reversed gifts under any circumstances.

    6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

    All disputes arising from purchases, refund requests, chargebacks, or earnings calculations shall be resolved through the binding individual arbitration process described in our Terms of Service. YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

    7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    In no event shall Horane Technologies LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from purchases, refund requests, chargebacks, earnings disputes, or any related matter.
